Week 1 of my FMP has finished and I am feeling good about it. I am happy with the research I have done so far, and I think I have done a solid start to this project. Next week I hope to start experimenting with different ideas, so I can practise with cameras and new techniques.
The research I have done into The Lion King has been so fun and interesting especially as The Lion King is my favourite film ever. I has made me appreciate the scenes, character development, colour work, and just the general time and effort into creating it.
Next Week:
Moving forward, I need to research about colour theory in film in general so I can get more examples of different uses throughout films, and I also need to look for different books in the Library that could be relevant to this project.
This will keep my research broad and not just limited to Google searches and YouTube videos.
Developing the first draft of my Project Proposal is also something I hope to have completed next week.
I think I am on track with my work and I am happy with where I am at this current moment in time.
