Designing Magazine/Booklet layout

Today I was planning the layout for my magazine photographic booklet. I've decided that I'm going to interview the models and other people as well, so I have some text for my booklet, that I can use alongside my photos. Overall, there will be more photos than text, but I will be using the text to tell the story of the models, and other people, a bit more.

It's hard to know how many pages my work will have when I haven't taken any photos yet, but instead I'm just gathering ideas for my work.
