Kinetic Typography

I've been watching a few videos on kinetic typography. One of the most memorable ones I remember watching on TV is Apple's "Don't Blink" advert, using the words to pop up in time with the past paced music. It uses white text on a plain black background, and black text on a plain white background to make it stand out, as the words are appearing quickly. They only appear in the centre of the screen because that's where the viewers eyes would be focused.

Using After Effects you can add different effects to text to make it move in different ways, for example, changing the tracking of text, rotating it, enlarging it, etc.

Here's some practice text I made to text out an effect, i will research more ways to make text move in interesting ways, and will practice them.
